Who he trains

Built for the full schedule.

Armando says most of his clients are working moms: short on time, pulled in several directions, and still driven to reach another level. His answer is individualized work—not a canned class schedule—and a coach who stays involved in the decisions.

In-person sessions happen at Body Mechanix in Castro Valley. Online one-to-one coaching keeps the plan and accountability personal when sharing a room is not practical.

What drives the work

Elevate every visit.

Armando describes his purpose as helping clients leave each training visit elevated physically and mentally. “Progress is the name of the game” is the standard; accountability, individualized programming, hard work, humor, and the occasional well-timed trash talk are how the room gets there.
