Privacy notice · Updated September 18, 2026
Your information, handled plainly.
Showtime Fit processes information you choose to submit or save and limited technical information needed to operate this site. The Comeback Starter form asks for an email address, optional first name and goal category, required resource-delivery permission, and a separate optional marketing preference. The coaching request asks for contact details, a short goal, format and scheduling preferences, required reply permission, and separate optional email or SMS choices. The Member Lab uses the identity supplied by secure sign-in and stores workouts, playlist selections, and generated fuel scaffolds only when you choose to save them.
How the information is used
- Provide the requested Comeback Starter and maintain your private unlock link.
- Authenticate Member Lab access and keep saved workouts, mixes, and fuel scaffolds attached to the correct account.
- Count aggregate visits and selected interactions so the site can be improved.
- Record an optional marketing preference; promotional messages should begin only after any required address or number verification.
- Respond to a coaching request when you make one.
Storage and retention
Resource requests and coaching inquiries are stored in the site’s protected database as fitness client leads or inquiries. Raw IP addresses are not stored in these application records. These records carry a two-year expiration date and are removed through the site’s retention process. Submitted coaching details are not copied into browser storage.
Member records contain the stable site-specific sign-in identifier, account email and display name provided by the authentication service, membership status, and member-saved tool content. A saved fuel scaffold stores only the selected training demand, meal timing, broad eating style, preparation time, meal-or-snack format, and the site-generated food scaffold. Caffeine entries, supplement searches, checklist answers, and transient timer settings remain on the current page and are not treated as durable member history.
The site also keeps privacy-minded, first-party daily totals for page views and selected calls to action. Totals may be grouped by page path, referring website host, and non-personal campaign labels included in a link. The site does not create a visitor identifier, set an advertising cookie, store an email or raw IP address with these totals, or build a cross-site profile. Totals older than 13 months are removed as new interaction counts are recorded.
Your choices
Marketing permission is optional and is not required to receive the guide or ask about coaching. You may unsubscribe from promotional email through the option provided with those messages. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the coaching contact form and state that your note is a privacy request, or contact Armando through the social profiles linked in the site footer.
Signed-in beta users can keep up to 30 saved items. When the studio is full, the site asks you to remove an item before saving another; it does not silently replace an older item. You can remove individual saved items or delete the Member Lab record and all saved tool data directly from the workspace. Signing in again after deletion creates a new empty account record.
What not to submit
Do not submit diagnoses, medical records, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, lab results, eating-disorder history, emergency information, or other sensitive health details through a marketing form or the Member Lab. The nutrition tool intentionally does not request them. If you have an urgent health concern, contact an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service.
Sharing
Showtime Fit does not sell personal information submitted through this site. Hosting, authentication, and service providers may process data only as needed to operate the site, protect it, and deliver the requested service.
Hosting, security, and sign-in
Like any hosted website, the hosting and security infrastructure necessarily processes request metadata such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timing, and bot or abuse signals while delivering the page. That infrastructure-level processing is separate from the application database records described above. Secure Member Lab sign-in may use essential authentication cookies or equivalent credentials so a member can remain signed in; those are not advertising cookies.
Beta service
The Member Lab is a beta service. Features may change, but the privacy choices and deletion controls described here continue to apply to information already stored by the site.
