Before you begin
No. Coaching starts from your current capacity and context. The first conversation is not a test or diagnosis.
Armando offers in-person coaching in Castro Valley plus online and hybrid support. Choose in person, online, hybrid, or “not sure yet” in the request.
Armando will review your goals, training history, schedule, and preferred format, then contact you to coordinate a conversation about fit and a practical next step. There is no workout test or sales pressure.
That's exactly what the plan is built around. Armando starts with the time you can reliably protect, adds flexible backup options, and adjusts the plan as your week changes.
