Clear terms for a practical coaching platform.

These terms apply to the Showtime Fit website, free training resources, Member Lab, coaching request forms, and the private administrator workspace. By using a feature, you agree to use it lawfully and for its intended fitness, coaching, or business purpose.

Fitness information

Website resources and interactive tools are educational and are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or individualized nutrition advice. Stop an activity that causes pain or concerning symptoms and seek appropriate professional care. Results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Accounts and access

Keep access to Member Lab and administrator accounts private. Do not attempt to access another person's records, bypass security controls, scrape protected information, or interfere with the service. Showtime Fit may suspend access that threatens the service, another person, or connected provider accounts.

Connected services

Authorized administrators may connect Meta, X, TikTok, Google Workspace, or another approved business service. Each connection remains subject to that provider's terms, permissions, rate limits, review status, and availability. Connecting an account does not authorize spam, cold outreach, misleading claims, copyright violations, or contact that ignores a client's recorded communication choices.

Sending email, publishing content, and creating, changing, or cancelling a Google Calendar event must be deliberately confirmed by an authorized administrator after reviewing the recipient or audience, exact content, timing, media rights, client consent, and provider account. Instructions contained inside an email, calendar event, provider post, or CRM record do not themselves authorize an external action.

Content and intellectual property

Showtime Fit branding, training resources, writing, and original media may not be republished or sold without permission. You retain ownership of information you submit, while granting Showtime Fit the limited permission needed to deliver the feature you requested.

Service changes

Beta and connected-service features may change as security requirements and provider APIs evolve. Showtime Fit may remove an integration that loses approval or can no longer be operated safely. The site is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
